Event Overview

The ICAI Faridabad Branch (NIRC), in association with the GST & Indirect Taxes Committee, ICAI, successfully organized the Seminar on GST – Appeals, Litigation & Adjudication: Practical Insights for Professionals on Saturday, 30th May 2026 at ICAI Bhawan, Plot No. 43, Sector-20A, Faridabad.

The seminar featured expert technical sessions by CA. Aanchal Kapoor and CA. Rohit Vaswani, focusing on GST appeals, filing practices, litigation strategies, and adjudication under Sections 73 & 74. Participants gained practical insights into legal procedures, compliance requirements, and effective dispute resolution.
